Soliloquy

I am still on Tangie Baxter's Art Journal Caravan this year although this is my first journal page for the year!  She has changed the format this year...always challenging us!  So I will try to put more of my own thoughts on my pages.  Quotes are something I love, though so there will still be plenty of those.

Soliloquy was the Wordography prompt from Itinerary #3...the act or custom of talking to oneself or talking when alone.  When thinking about my self-talk, I realized that the phrase "That was stupid!" was something I said to myself a lot!  Not that I put myself down all the time but I realized I didn't say positive things to myself very often if at all...most days!  So my goal is to change from negative to positive soliloquy.
