The AJC has moved on to Japan for March! My first page for this port-of-call is one highlighting the crane...a symbol for hope and longevity. I have seen many beautiful origami cranes in the cancer centers...the most recent was at the imaging center where they were all strung and hung from a tree. The Japanese legend says if a person folds 1,000 origami cranes in one year, he or she will have one wish granted.
